SunServe is excited to announce that the second annual BeachBear Weekend will be taking place from May 8th to May 14th. This event has added tremendously to Fort Lauderdale’s reputation for being a world-class tourist destination for “Bears” and those who love them. The success of this event is supported greatly by a core value of community development and philanthropy.
BeachBear Weekend believes in creating a “spring migration” that supports the local economy. This is done by promoting Fort Lauderdale as a cruise ship that never leaves port, and showcasing: (1) the world-class beaches, (2) Everglades National Park, (3) LGBT friendly businesses and accommodations, (4) never-ending access to outdoor activities and (5) a roster of famous restaurants, bars, and clubs.
Proceeds from this event will benefit SunServe - a 501 (3) (c) corporation. This local charity recognizes that the entire LGBTQ community has the right to quality and affordable support. All sponsors will receive a letter from SunServe for tax purposes.
STUD BEAR – $250.00
Becoming a STUD BEAR gives a donor (1) access to exclusive Stud Bear merchandise and (2) the listing of the donor’s name on all billings of Stud Bear donors.
BRONZE SPONSOR – $600.00
Becoming a BRONZE SPONSOR entitles the donor to: (1) special acknowledgement on the official BeachBear Weekend website, (2) a listing in the event program included in all registration packets, and (3) entitles a person or company to membership in SunServe’s Guardian Circle at the $600.00 Bronze Level.
SILVER SPONSOR – $1200.00
Becoming a SILVER SPONSOR entitles the donor to: (1) special acknowledgement on the official BeachBear Weekend website, (2) a listing in the event program included in all registration packets, and (3) the inclusion of one advertisement in the official BeachBear gift bags participants receive at sign-in. Silver Sponsorship is $1,200.00 and furthermore entitles a person or company to membership in SunServe’s Guardian Circle at the $1,200.00 Silver Level.
GOLD SPONSOR – $2500.00
Becoming a Gold Sponsor entitles the donor to: (1) special acknowledgement on the official BeachBear Weekend website; (2) a listing in the event program included in all registration packets; and (3) the inclusion of one advertisement, one promotional item and up to three promotional offers, such as an in-store coupon or online promotional code, in the official BeachBear gift bags participants receive at sign-in. Gold Sponsorship entitles a person or company to membership in SunServe’s Guardian Circle at the $2,500 Gold Level.
PLATINUM SPONSOR – $10,000.00
Becoming a Platinum Sponsor entitles the donor to: (1) listing on THE FRONT PAGE of the BeachBear Weekend event website, (2) additional listing as a sponsor on the sponsorship page, (3) inclusion of a logo on all printed material produced from the time of sponsorship, and (4) a listing in the event program to be included in registration packets. Furthermore, Platinum Sponsors are entitled to the inclusion of one advertisement, one promotional item and up to three promotional offers, such as an in-store coupon or online promotional code, in the official BeachBear gift bags participants receive at sign-in. Platinum Sponsorship is considered to be any donation over $10,000.00. Platinum Sponsorship entitles a person or company to membership in SunServe’s Guardian Circle at the $10,000.00 Platinum Level and listing of a corporate logo and link on the organization’s website.
DIAMOND SPONSOR – $15,000.00
Becoming a Diamond Sponsor entitles the donor to: (1) listing on THE FRONT PAGE of the BeachBear Weekend event website, (2) additional listing as a sponsor on the sponsorship page, (3) inclusion of a logo on all printed material produced from the time of sponsorship, and (4) a listing in the event program to be included in registration packets. Furthermore, Platinum Sponsors are entitled to the inclusion of one advertisement, one promotional item and up to three promotional offers, such as an in-store coupon or online promotional code, in the official BeachBear gift bags participants receive at sign-in. Diamond Sponsorship is considered to be any donation over $15,000.00. Diamond Sponsorship entitles a person or company to membership in SunServe’s Guardian Circle at the $15,000.00 Diamond Level, announcement of sponsor as new Diamond Level Guardian Circle Member in SunServe’s Newsletter, and listing of a corporate logo and link on the organization’s website.
